This is a classic hairstyle of the 40’s named for its V shape. Although this hairstyle is no longer popular, you can still do your hair in victory rolls, which will give you a flattering look that goes with any facial shape. Back in the day this style was popular and easy to make, but since it requires some practice, you might have to be a little patient before you get it to look how you want.

It is important that your hair are clean and soft before you style them. Shampoo your hair and then use a conditioner which will make the hair soft and easy to manage

Now you have to part your hair from ear to ear and then make a pony tail at the back.

The loose hair need to be parted down the middle or slightly to the side for a change. Half your hair need to be pinned.

You now have to backcomb the loose hair and then comb the front layer over them. You can settle it with the help of a hair product such as hair gel or spray.

You now have to curl the hair and for that you can use your fingers, you need to wind the hair around the fingers with a couple of twists. Now with the hair curled, just slide the fingers out, tucking the ends of the hair in the curled loop. Be careful to keep the hair in position while you roll the hair inwards.

Now spread this loop outward to make a roll shape. Pin the hair so that these rolls are secure and held firm in their position.

Remember the loops should be made in a way that they do not appear hollow, which will ruin your look.

Now you need to grab your curling iron, with which you have to curl the back of your hair.

After using the curling iron on the hair, wait for the hair to cool off before touching them. Finally, comb them with your fingers, squirt some hair spray and you are ready.
