Drive at a relatively slow speed. It is best to be safe than sorry. Yes time is money and it is extremely important to be punctual, but when you are driving in traffic, it is advisable to forget about reaching your destination on time and concentrate on keeping yourself safe by driving slow. Stay well within the speed limit even if the cars around you are choosing to moving fast. You do not want to put yourself in the same risk as them. Additionally, not all people are good at maintain control of a fast car. By driving slow, you will be able to easily avoid accidents, unless someone hits you from the back or side, which really is not your fault.

Do not get frustrated if the car behind you continues to blow their horn. Keep your clam and remain focused on the road. If you allow yourself to become frustrated, you may end up hitting your car or doing something that would make the traffic even more congested.
