1
Start with the feet
Start the process from the feet. Make sure the skin is completely dry and there is no water or soap on it. You need to use a bristle brush to make sure all the dead skin is removed. Starting from the legs is essential as many believe that going against the flow of the blood will give you better results. -
2
Brush lightly in circular motion
You need to use the brush in a circular motion as this is considered to be most effective. Move from the legs to the abdomen and the chest. Then you need to brush your arms and hands. Move to the back and buttocks after that; however, do not use the brush vigorously at any point. -
3
Take a shower
After using the brush, you should take a shower so that the dead skin is completely removed. Warm water will give you best results. You can use soap while you take a shower as that will further help in removing the dry skin from the body. However, some people have very dry skin and in this case, using soap will only add to the dryness. -
4
Use moisturizer
After taking a shower, dry yourself with a towel and use a nice moisturizer. These moisturizers are great for dry skin. You can also use natural almond oil or nut oil instead of a moisturizer. Repeating the same process frequently is great for your body and it will give your skin a fresh and glowing look.
