1
Blow Drying
This is the most obvious way to do it. All you need is to partially dry the hair and soak out the dripping effect with the help of a towel as you get the blow dryer to work. Make sure that you cover all areas of the hair one by one and be certain that the moisture dries up nicely. The process will take only a few minutes. Some people do not advice it though because of the harmful effects of the blow dryer on your hair. -
2
Sun Light
This method can be useful in mildly warm temperatures. Use a towel to absorb as much of water out of your hair as possible and then sit in the sun. This may sound strange but it is effective as in a few minutes time, your hair will be mostly dry. A bit of blowing breeze can also speed up the process. Give the towel another go after a few minutes in the sun. If the sun is too hot and scorching, avoid this method as you can develop a headache. -

Towel Use
If both of the above options are not available or you do not want to use them, then you can go for the old fashioned way. Once you take a shower, hang your head down to allow the water to drip out. This will take most of the water out of your hair. The next thing to do is to comb your hair to further push the water out. Make sure that you do not do it too vigorously as it can damage your hair so keep a light hand.
Afterwards, start dabbing your hair with a towel with good absorbing abilities. Go through the various areas one by one and make sure that you have soaked most of the moisture from one part of the hair before moving to the next. Flip your hair every now and again as they will get more air and any wetness that is not obvious can be brought forward.
