1
Room temperature
The room temperature has a massive influence on our sleep. Put on the air conditioner in your room to get a comfortable temperature. However, make sure that it does not get too cold. Try to ensure that your feet remain warm because cold feet can be a real disruption in sleep. If it is cold in your room, you can wear socks to keep your feet warm.

Adjust the lighting
If you are someone who needs a completely dark room to sleep, you should make sure that all the lights are properly turned off. Lights of digital alarm clocks or other electronic devices may disturb you. Therefore, it is advised that you cover them nicely or turn them off to help yourself sleep when you are not tired. If you prefer to sleep in dim lights, you can adjust the lights of your room accordingly. Keep in mind that sleeping with lights on would be extremely difficult, especially if you are not tired.
