Keep Your Scalp Clean
This is the first thing to do. An unclean scalp means a lot of dandruff which is the biggest enemy of your hair. Regularly shampoo your hair and softly massage your scalp while the shampoo is still on. Leave the shampoo in place for a couple of minutes before thoroughly washing it. Make sure that you wash your head with either cold or lukewarm water as latest research shows that washing your hair with hot water can cause flaking as well. -
2
Increase Blood Flow
Make sure that you massage your hair every now and again so that he blood flow to the scalp will increase. This will help your scalp in being healthy. You can also resort to exercises such as a head stand if you can do it which is known to increase your blood flow to the head. If you are unable to do it, hanging your head down for a few minutes every day is also not a bad idea as it will increase the flow of blood to your head. -
3
Eat Healthy
Eating nuts is great for your hair as they provide essential oils to the body from which the scalp and hair also benefit. Eating vitamin rich foods also help as a receding hairline may be pointing at a lack of necessary nutrients in the body. Being healthy in general is great for your hair as well. -

Avoid Too Much Sweat
Sweating too much is not so good for your hairline as it makes the whole scalp salty. This is a major cause of dandruff as well and damages your hair directly. Try to stay away from sun and if you must go, wear a cap. However, do not wear a cap for too long as well as your scalp needs to get some air also.
