How to Find Tux Paint Software
Tux Paint is basically an open source program, especially designed for kids to create drawings on computer. Kids really enjoy using Tux Paint and it is known as one of the most famous drawing software for kids available in the market.
The program contains different tools such as paint brush, line, shapes, rubber stamp and many other similar tools. Moreover, kids can also apply different effects, including blur, chalk, emboss, etc., to their drawings. So, if you really want your kids to show their creativity in the form of drawings, then nothing can be better than downloading and installing Tux Paint on your computer.

Open your web browser and navigate to Tux Paint’s official website. On the main page, you will see a highlighted “Download” button, appearing at the top of the left panel. Click on it and you will be taken to the download page.

On the download page, you will see a heading, “Pick which version of Tux Paint you wish to download”. Under the heading, you will find different operating systems and platforms to choose from. Here you will have to choose the operating system which you are using on your computer.
For instance, if you are using Windows XP or newer version of Windows, then you will have to click the “Windows XP, 2000, Vista, 7” link. In the meantime, if you are using an older version of Windows, then you can choose Windows 95, 98, ME. Mac Users can choose the platforms under “Apple Mac OS X” heading. -

Once you click on your operating system, you will be taken to the respective page, where you will be able to download different versions of the program, along with other Tux Paint tools.

Click on the installation file and you will be taken to another site. Here, you do not need to do anything, as the file download will automatically start, as soon as the page loads.

You will have to wait for few minutes, depending on the speed of your internet connection to allow the file to download.

Once the download process is complete, go to the folder which keeps the downloaded files and double click on the installation file. Follow the onscreen prompts to install the program in your computer. Click the “Finish” button to finish the installation.

After the installation is complete, you can run the program by double clicking its icon on the desktop.
