Turn on your computer and press F8 key. You will then see a list of options, including Safe Mode at the top. Move the highlighter to the Safe Mode and hit the Enter key.

    In safe mode, most of the software stops working. So, if your system works well in the Safe Mode and error free, then you are experiencing some conflict in any of the software installed in your computer. On the other hand, if the blue screen error still appears in the Safe Mode, then you should take your system to a professional, and get it checked, as the error could be caused by a hardware malfunction, beyond your understanding.

    If the error is software related, then you can uninstall the culprit program that is causing the problem. Most of the times, uninstalling the recently installed programs can fix the problem.
