How to Flush Out Ear Wax with Olive Oil
Olive oil is one among the best remedies to flush out war wax. You might not know, but earwax helps in keeping our ear canals moist. However, building up of extra ear wax is one among the common issues that send many people to ENT Specialists as it irritates by clogging up the ear canals. It can cause your ear canal unnervingly full and as a result it can cause pain or reduce your hearing power, causing deafness most of the time. But, effective natural remedies like olive oil helps in flushing out the additional ear wax in order to improve hearing.
Things Required:
– Olive oil
– Small saucepan
– Drinking glass
– Eye/ear dropper
– Cotton ball
– Bulb syringe
– Cotton swab
– Hair dryer

Heat Olive Oil
Take a small sauce pan and pour some tap water into it until fill 2/3 full. Place on stove and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat to low range, pour few drops of virgin olive oil into glass and set it right in the center of the sauce pan. Leave it for 2 to 3 minutes until warm. Remove the glass from boiling water and set aside until lightly warm. -

Pour Olive Oil into Dropper
Carefully pour the warm olive oil into a clean and dry ear/eye dropper. It is simple task where you just have to squeeze the bulb of the ear/eye dropper, dip its tips into the olive oil and release the bulb gently. It will extract the olive oil into the tube. -

Lie down
Lie down on your side by placing your head on a comfortable pillow, with the affected ear up. -

Pour Olive Oil into Ear
Use your upper hand to hold the dropper’s tip right above your ear and gently squeeze 2 to 3 drops of warm olive oil into your ear canal. -

Wait for Few Minutes
Do not move and remain in the same position for the next 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the olive oil to penetrate into the air wax and moisten it. -

Drain out Olive Oil
Stand up, proceed towards your bathroom and lean over the sink with the affected ear down, in order to drain out the oil form from your ear. -

Flush out Ear Wax
Grab a small bulb syringe and fill it with slightly warm water. Now flood your affected ear with it and then lean to flush out the olive oil and ear wax. Repeat it 2 to 3 times. -

Wipe your Ear Dry
Tilt your affected ear down to remove excess water and then wipe it dry with soft towel. Use an hair dryer to air dry your ear. -

Repeat
Repeat the above steps every time until you flush out the ear wax completely.
