Application Form

You should complete the application form in Capital Letters in either Blue or Black Ink.

Requirements
Following are the requirements that should be fulfilled by the applicant to be eligible to get visa.
(a) Completed application form that should be duly signed by the applicant. You also need to send a photocopy of your application form.
(b) A passport valid for at least six months on the time of application. Also send the photocopy of your application form.
(c) One recent passport sized photograph that should be in light colour background.
(d) Visa Fee.
(e) Return Ticket.

Visa Fee
Tourist visit visa fee is given as under:
i. Single Entry visa valid for three months: £14.00
ii. Multiple Entry visa valid for three months: £22.00
iii. Multiple Entry visa valid for six months: £30.00
Fee can be paid in cash, Banker’s Draft, Postal Orders made payable to the name of the “Ethiopian Embassy in London”.

Submission of Application
You can submit your application in person or through postal service. If you want to submit your application in person, you need to visit the visa section of the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in London.
However, if you want to submit your application by postal service, you should send it via registered mail. You also need to send a pre-paid, self-addressed, stamped delivery envelope with your application to receive visa back through postal service.
