Application Form
You can get a tourist visit visa application form from the Nepal embassy in London by making a personal visit between 9:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Requirements
Following are the requirements that applicants applying from the London should meet in order to be eligible for the Nepal Tourist visit visa.
(a) Completed Application form duly signed by the applicant.
(b) Valid Passport: Passport should be valid for minimum of six months on the time of application submission.
(c) Photocopy of the original passport.
(d) One passport size photograph. Photographs should not be older more than six months.
(e) Visa Fee
(f) Bank Statement that should clearly show that you are able to bear the expenses of your visit to the Nepal
(g) Return Ticket

Visa Fee
There are three kinds of tourist visit visa that can be obtained from London. Fee for the Multiple Entry visit visa valid for 15 days is £20 per applicant while for visas valid for 30 days and 90 days the visa fee is £35 and £75 respectively. You can submit fee in the embassy of Nepal in London.
Visa fee can be paid in cash or Postal Order or Bank Draft. You may also send your representative to submit visa application fee. However, the fee paid using Bank Draft or Postal Order should be made payable to the “Embassy of Nepal in London”.

Submission of Application
You can submit your application either by making a personal visit to the Embassy or by postal service. You should use a registered mail to avoid loss of documents and delays. If you are sending your application by postal service you should attach a pre-paid self-addresses stamped envelope to receive your passport.
In case, if you want to submit your application making a physical visit to the Embassy, you should walk in the embassy within 10:00 to 12:00. These are the visa hours dedicated only to collect visa applications.

Processing Time
If you submit your application in person, it will take only 24 hours to Nepal Embassy to process it. However, if you submit your application by post, it may take up to two weeks to be processed. You should choose the mean of application submission keeping in mind your intended travel to Nepal.

Receive Visa
If you submit your application in person, you will have to collect your visa making a personal visit to the Visa section of the Nepal Embassy in London.
If you submit your application by postal service, Nepal Embassy will send back your visa after specified time to the address you provided on the pre-paid, self-addressed postal envelope.

Extension
Once you are in Nepal, you can extend your visit from the Department of Immigration and Pokhara Immigration Office. You can extend your visa for maximum of 120 days, however you may get additional 30 days visa on the submission of solid grounds. A tourist cannot stay in Nepal more than 150 days in any case.
