Application Form
First of all you need to get application form which you can download from the Pakistan High Commision website. Alternativaly below is given direct link to application form.

Tourist Visa Requirements
Once you have filled the Visa Application form, you need to attach the following documents with your application:
(a) Completed Visa application form
(b) Original passport and its photocopy. Remember your passport should be valid for at least six months.
(c) Two recent passport size photographs. Photos should be in white background.
(d) Last three months bank statement
(e) Proof of your UK residence for example UK driving license, Utility bill whether it is of Electricity, Gas or Water.
(f) You should submit your reference letter that you got from workplace.
(g) How will you travel to Pakistan for example whether you will go straight or make some stays in other countries.
(h) You also need to provide the proof of your hotel booking in Pakistan.

Tourist Visa Fee
Now you also have to attach the proof that you have submitted visa fees. Fees for the single person are £104 while fees for the double entry are £122. This fee also include bank surcharge for consular services. You need to submit these fees as postal order parallel to the cash payments. You can order postal order from your local post office.

Submit Application by person
After you have submitted your Visa fees, you can submit your application fee by visiting the Pakistani high commission office in London.

Submit Application by Post
Now you can also submit your application by post. In this case you will need to allow 3 weeks to Pakistani High Commission to process your Visa application. If you decide to submit your application via post, you need to submit these documents with completed application form and required documents for tourist Visa.
(a) Fee postal order in the name of “High Commission for Pakistan, London”
(b) If you wish to receive your passport by post then you need to send self addresses prepaid postal envelope for delivery of the passport.

Receive Visa
Once you have submitted your application, you need to wait for the period of time that was prescribed by the Pakistani High Commission. Most of the time visit tourist Visa is issued after five working days but if you have submitted your application via post, you need to wait for at least 3 weeks.
