Requirements
a) Valid passport
b) One copy of Visa Application form fully filled in and signed
c) One passport size colour photograph with white background
d) The confirmed return tickets/reservation stating dates of arrival and departure to and from Peru. -

Fee
You are required to pay a fee of £20.70. to obtain Peru visa from London
Payments are received at the Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria at this
addresss: 142 Brompton Road, London SW3 1HY,
to account “Consulado General del Peru” No. 05672873.
The payments may be done through a Postal Order payable to this section “Peruvian Consulate”. The closest Royal Mail Office is located at Raphael street, SW7 1DL
No payments will be accepted for visas in cash nor personal cheques.

Submission of Application Forms
Application forms can be submitted via postal orders and in person. If you submit the application via postal order you have attach one empty prepaid postal envelop with your complete name and address with other documents. Other wise it will not be accepted.
