How to Hard Cook Eggs in Oven

Believe it or not, there is an art to BAKE eggs in the shell. Baked eggs are super easy to make and are fulfilling and look elegant when served. All you need to do is place them in your oven for a specific period of time until baked well.

The baked eggs come out of the oven looking striking in their individual ramekins. They are less reeking (sulfurous) and the surface of the end product is creamier.  In short, baked eggs are really scrumptious.

Go through the simple steps given below in order to bake eggs in oven, you will be amazed!

Preparation Time: Approximately 34 minutes (including baking time)
Serving Size: 24 (2 dozen eggs)
Utensils: Oven, Oven Racks, Bowl
Ingredients:
– 2 to 4 dozen raw eggs
–  Ice Cubes

Instructions

    First of all preheat your oven to 325 degrees, positioning its racks in the center.

    Position a baking sheet pan at the bottom of the oven in order to protect the spill/spread of the eggs if they crack for any reason.

    Now, grab the raw eggs one by one and place them parallel to the bars on the oven racks.

    Now, close the door of the oven and let the eggs bake for almost 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, take a large bowl, place some ice cubes in it and pour in water until it fills.

    Once the eggs are baked well, replace them from the oven rack and add them into the cold water in the bowl.

    Note: Make sure to wear thick gloves to remove the eggs or you can use a tong.

    Let the baked eggs sit in the cold water until cool well.

    Remove them from water once they are cool enough to handle and peel them.

    Shift the peeled baked eggs back to the cold water in the bowl and wait until they cool thoroughly.

    Note: You can also peel the shell off by while keeping the eggs under cold running water.

    Cut the baked eggs into slices, add salt, pepper them and enjoy!
