Pes Planus means a flat foot, which is also referred as fallen arches. This means that there are no arches in your feet. See Your Feet in Mirror
You can yourself see if you are flat feet, if you are a grown-up and still ignorant about the problem. You can stand in front or mirror and raise your feet one by one to see if they have arches. Fallen arches mean you are flat feet. You can check even without mirror if you are flat feet. Generally, the parents would know of the condition as you grow up and might have consulted doctor. If not, you should see a doctor soon after you discover the problem. -

Feeling pain in your feet is another sign of being a flat feet. Generally, people with flat feet cannot walk longer comfortably and soon feel pain in their feet. The problem can be severer if you have put some weight on. -
