How to Improve Your Dodgeball Playing Skills
Dodgeball is a sport which requires players to go on and hit other players with balls, while trying to avoid getting hit by balls themselves. It is one of the most common forms of sports played in schools, since it requires players to exercise almost every part of their body.
At the same time, it helps everyone keep in shape and go through their schooling in top shape.
However, some pursue the sport eve after their school years and often become professionals in the world of dodgeball.
Nonetheless, it is no easy task to play dodgeball. Despite it seemingly being a very easy sport, which requires you to throw balls at one another, it is actually quite complex and requires lots of training and dedication before you actually become any good at it.
The sport is going to require you to practice and train a number of skills and once you perfect them, you can go on to become one of the best at it.

1
Learn the rules
The first most basic thing to do, is to go on and read all the rules. Reading and learning the rules will help you better understand the sport and this will help you use technicalities to pick up wins, if the situation calls for it.
Apart from that, learning the rules will also tell you about all the do’s and don’ts, which is something everyone must know. -
2
Target practice
Since the sport requires you to hit people, it would be smart to get targets and hit them. This will help build your accuracy and ability to find your opponent even in the worst of situations.
You can slowly move to practicing against moving targets, since on the playing field hardly anyone will actually be standing still and giving you an open shot at them.

Physical training
Building your stamina and body strength is also going to help you out quite a bit in the sport. Being able to outrun your opponents is something every player hopes to do, and doing excessive cardio is going to allow you to do just this.
Secondly working in the gym to build your upper body strength will help build your throwing power. This is going to make your throws even more powerful and quicker, which would make it all the more harder for your opponents to avoid your balls.
Once you get to the ideal physical size that you desire, you should maintain it and just work on your cardio and build your speed from then on.
