1
You need to lift up your car for installing new brake rotors. Park your vehicle on a flat non-slopping surface and raise it with jacks. Slide jack stands beneath your car and then remove the lifting jacks. You need to lift the front and back wheels of your car evenly so you can get access to the brake clippers and rotors underneath.

2
You need to remove the brake clipper first. Use an Allen wrench for this purpose and open up the two bolts adjoining the clippers to the clipper mounting plates. Remove the bolts simultaneously so the clipper does not fall all of a sudden.
-
3
You better clean up the bolts from any dirt and debris being accumulated over the passage of time. Spray some brake cleaner and use a hard brush to clean the bolts properly.
-
4
Remove the clipper from the rotor by pushing it in the upward direction with your both hands. You need to wiggle back and forth a bit if the clipper sticks to one end of the rotor.
-
5
Now tap the back of the rotor towards yourself to remove any dirt or rust from it. Keep working round the rotor and then slide it off the wheel studs to be replaced by the new one.
-
6
Debris and oxidation builds up on the rotor and you need to clean up its seat. Any debris or accumulation results in uneven seating of the rotor and it is vital to remove it. You can use a brush and brake cleaner for cleaning purposes.

Take the new rotor and line up its holes to the axle wheel stud. A gentle push with your hands will install the new rotor to its right place. Slide back the clipper upon the rotor and fasten the bolts to their position.
