However, you will have to generate enough force to knock the opponent down in one go. This can only be done, if you are aware of the proper technique of punching someone in the face. It is not a difficult task though and can be perfected with proper hard work.

    First of all, you will have to make sure that you have got enough strength in your forearms, so that you can knock someone down easily. For this, you need to eat healthy food, rich in proteins. Moreover, you need to work out in the gym or at home in order to gain more muscles on your arm.

    Sine you will be using your knuckles to punch the opponent, you have to make sure that they are strong enough. In order to do that, you will have to increase the intake of calcium. You can do that through natural means by drinking more milk every day.

    Get into the right position

    When you are facing the opponent, make sure that you position yourself correctly for the fight. So, stand sideways and lick your fists close together. If you don’t do so, you will be vulnerable to a brutal attack from the other person.

    You cannot lose focus during a fight otherwise you will suffer a lot. Therefore, keep an eye contact with your opponent and be aware of his moves, so that you can defend and deliver the counter punch.

    While delivering the punch, you have to transfer the entire body’s weight into the move. This way, you can generate maximum force and knock the opponent down easily in one go. When you swing your body to deliver the punch, make sure that the momentum doesn’t break. Even if you stutter once, you will be unable to transfer the weight properly.
