How to Knock Someone Out With One Hit

People need to learn how to defend themselves in today’s world. This is because you never know when you might get attacked randomly on the street. At the same time, there is always a chance that someone around you would try to impose themselves as the alpha of your group.

In situations like these, it is ideal to know how to knock someone out with just one hit. This is going to give you ample time to either flee away if you are being attacked, or stand on top of your opponent’s body, as you impose yourself and maintain your spot as the alpha of the group.

    Work on punching and kicking

    The first thing you need to do, is go to the gym and work on your punches and kicks. Now you don’t want to be caught in a fist fight without having any punching strength at all.

    This is why it is very important to develop arm and leg strength, since they are going to help you out when things get a little too rough out on the streets.

    Try to even out your workouts between your arms and your legs, since you want to be able to mix it up when taking someone out.

    Practice with targets

    Now you need to practice your punching and kicking. In order to knock someone out, you need to be able to hit very precise areas. This is why it is ideal to work on landing your punches and kicks onto specific areas.

    This is because when push comes to shove, you won’t have time to line up your shot. Hence you need to master this out in the gym, before you get caught up in a situation that you don’t want to be in.

    Memorize areas to hit people at

    Now once you have mastered everything, you need to learn where to hit people. Everyone has weak spots, specially places like the lower jaw and under the arms, where most of the nerves meet.

    Hitting people in these areas will over burden their brains with impulses and will cause it to temporarily shut down, hence causing you to knock them out with one solid, well timed and well placed punch.

    You can practice on a training dummy, or if someone is brave enough to let you hit them, then there is nothing better than that.
