How to Layer Your Cologne
You must have noticed that no matter how much you spray your expensive perfume or cologne in the morning, by midday it’s all gone. Thinking of trying another brand or product line? Wait, most likely, the problem is not with your perfume but how you are applying it . Read on to find out a few simple tips you can use to make your perfume last longer.
Things Required:
– Shower gel
– Bath bomb
– Shampoo
– Conditioner
– Moisturizing lotion
– Perfume or cologne
Instructions

1
Start by soaking yourself in the bath tub with perfumed bath bombs. If you don’t have time to enjoy soaking, take a shower using shampoo, conditioner and shower gel with your favourite scent.

2
Once you are done with the bath, slightly pat dry yourself with a soft towel, and while your skin is still slightly wet, moisturise it with a lotion that is also from the same product line as your bath products. The lotion will not only spread the scent evenly but will also help the fragrance last even after you have left the room.

Now it is the time to apply your favourite perfume or cologne, and applying it correctly is the most important part. Spray either the cologne or perfume on your pulse points – wrists, sides of neck, back of the neck at the base of the skull, back of the ears, cave of the collar bone, back of knees and anywhere else you want to apply it. These pulse points are slightly warmer than other body parts and help the fragrance defuse better.

Turn your shirt inside out and lightly spray it with the perfume, let it dry for a couple of minutes and then turn it right side out and spray there as well. This way, women can spray their lingerie too.

After you are done with the hair do, spray a small amount of the perfume or cologne into your hand and then gently move your hands through the ends of the hair.
