How to Make a Banana Smoothie with Yogurt
Banana smoothies are extremely popular with children and you will find a lot of stores charging a healthy sum for this drink. However, this drink can be prepared easily at home in a matter of minutes. You need a handful of ingredients to prepare a Banana Smoothie. The drink is very healthy and is usually taken with breakfast or during mid-day snacks. You can use a host of other ingredients with the bananas to try something new.

Bananas: 2
Milk: 2 cups
Yogurt: 4 tablespoons
Sugar: 2 teaspoons

Peel and cut the banana in half
First of all, peel the bananas and place them on a cutting board. Cut the bananas into two halves and place them in a cup each. Make sure they are cut in equal parts so that they fit in easily in the cup. -

Add milk
Add milk into each cup that has the banana. Make sure you add the milk slowly so that the banana pieces are totally immersed in the cups. Do not completely fill the respective cups and leave about half-inch from the top in each cup. -

Add the banana and milk into the blender
Switch in a blender and add both cups of banana and milk to it. A good way of doing this is to add the bananas first and then let the milk pour gently. This will avoid any splash of milk on your clothes. -

Add yogurt
After adding the combination of bananas and milk, add about four tablespoons of yogurt to the blender. Make sure it is plain yogurt that you are using. Many people also prefer using flavored yogurt for this purpose as it gives a unique taste. -

Blend until ingredients combine
After everything is placed in, turn on the blender at high speed and wait for all the ingredients to combine. You should wait for the liquid to get foamy at the top and then pour the liquid back into the cups. Serve immediately.
