    Involve your kids:

Always involve your kids when trying to make a bedroom fort as they will have excellent ideas that you can use. Ask them for their input on what type of bedroom fort they want to make. They will enjoy helping you make a bedroom fort that they have designed.

    Design the fort:

Make a simple design for your bedroom fort. Keep in mind that your kids will want it to be fun and easy to play in. Try to use as much space as you can to make the fort roomy enough for your kid’s friends to come over and play.

    Use cardboard and sheets:

Get together cardboard boxes and sheets that you can use to put together soft walls and passage ways for your bedroom fort. Use string to hold up the sheets and take the cushions from the chairs to use as well. Place the cardboard boxes in such a way to build walls and areas that your kids can hide or play behind.

    Move furniture:

Be sure to make room for your bedroom fort. Move the furniture around to make a decent area with a lot of space. This will help give you the space that you need to start putting your bedroom fort together.
