How to Make a Bellini Cocktail

Utensils: Champagne flute, Straw, long glass

Ingredients:

– 2 oz peach juice or peach puree
– 2 oz raspberry puree
– 4 oz Champagne
– Peach wedge for garnishing – Optional

    Take a long champagne glass and pour 2 oz of peach juice or peach puree into it. Now, top it with 2 oz of raspberry puree.
