How to Make a Chi Chi Cocktail
Chi – Chi Cocktail comes from the family of frozen cocktails and is a refreshing and suitable drink for hot summers, especially when you’ve just had a hectic day or else it’s a holiday and you want to relax. The drink is slightly different from the Margarita and is served all around the world during summers.
There are many variations of Chi – Chi cocktail and the most famous one which was very popular during 70s and 80s had some great taste, but unfortunately the recipe for that Chi – Chi cocktail is still hidden in somewhere and is difficult to find. However a very simple and mostly used Chi – Chi recipe is illustrated in the following few steps, which will definitely taste great. Utensils Needed: Highball glass or margarita, a blender
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serving Size: 1
Ingredients:
– 1 – 2 cup of crushed ice
– 2 ounces of good quality vodka
– 1 / 2 ounce of blue curacao
– 1 / 2 ounce of coconut cream
– 1 / 2 cup of fresh or canned pineapple
– One scoop of vanilla ice cream
– A chunk of pineapple for garnishing purpose

Take a blender and pour 1/2 cup of crushed ice in it along with two ounces of vodka, half ounce of blue curacao, half ounce of coconut cream, half cup of fresh or canned pineapple and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Turn on the blender for a less than a minute to mix all of the ingredients thoroughly. Make sure they're all well settled!

Take a highball glass or margarita and pour the mixture from the blender into the glass.
