The Box
The first thing is to get a box in which the coupons need to be placed. It is not the best of ideas to make one as it will be a long and cumbersome process which will waste a lot of time. Get one ideally made of plastic for this purpose. It should be reasonably big, so that it can carry a good number of coupons. The top lid should be removable so that there is no issue when coupons are being placed or taken out. -

Coupon Categories
There are many categories in which coupons are available. It is important that you make a system as per which coupons are placed in different categories so that there is no trouble in finding them when you need them. Ideally these are placed in categories such as food, clothing supplies and so on, depending on what you buy. You can also distribute the categories on the basis of brands that are on offer. -

Sub Categories
These will make your life even easier. You can simply place each coupon in a specific sub category which makes it so much easier when you are shopping. Make sure that there is no confusion in the system of categories and sub categories to keep it easy for you. Food can be divided into soups, bread, sodas and so on. -

Divide the Box
Divide the box in to the categories and sub categories with the help of file separators. Ideally use different colours so that it is easier to recognise each category right away. Write down the category and sub category on each of the separator just to make sure that there are no confusion. -

Fill it With Coupons
Once you are done, fill the box with coupons. Make sure that you follow the filing system that you made so that there is no confusion when you actually go out to shop and use them.
