How to Make a Cugat Congo Cocktail
Cocktails have always managed to delight us, before and after meals and even in their own individual capacity. Some of them take off the weariness of the whole day while others change lousy moods into jovial ones, leaving us merry and looking forward to the rest of the day. This cocktail is of those good ones. The Cugat Congo is associated by Xavier Cugat, a famous spanish-american bandleader, violinist and a successful businessman of the 20th century. The Cugat Congo is actually a Bacardi Cocktail but with a splash of absinthe. Bacardi is usually made by mixing together Bacardi rum, Grenadine and any sweet and sour juice like lemon. You can try out variations, but this one in it’s original form is a must try!
