How to Make a Home Made Foot Bath
Foot bath will not only relax or de-stress you but will also remove toxins from the skin of your feet. Furthermore, a foot bath will rejuvenate swollen skin and refresh it as well. Feet are susceptible to develop dry areas of skin and this is why you need to take proper care of them. However, instead of spending a lot of money at a spa centre, you can take a foot bath in your home.
Things Required:
– Large pan
– Warm water
– Tea tree oil
– Lavender essential oil
– Lemon essential oil
– ½ cup of honey
– Marbles or river rocks

Clean a large pan
First take a large pan and then clean it. Use warm water to clean the pan in order to get rid of dust and dirt particles. -

Fill the pan
After cleaning the large pan, you need to fill it with water. Remember to fill the pan with warm water. You may burn your foot in case you use hot water for a foot bath. -

Add tea tree oil, lavender essential oil and lemon essential oil
Next you need to pour the oil into the warm water. Add four drops of tea tree oil, three drops of lavender oil and two drops of essential oil in the pan with warm water. -

Add honey
After combining oils in the warm water, add honey and then stir it. Use a spoon or a stick to stir the mixture and continue stirring until the honey completely dissolves in water. -

Lay marbles or river rocks
Next place marbles or river rocks inside the large pan. -

Placing of the pan
Place the pan on the floor. It should be at relaxing area in your room. -

Soak
After placing the pan in appropriate area of your room, place your foot in the warm water. Move your feet on the marble or river rocks after pressing them. This will give you a foot massage. You can place your foot in the water for as much time you desire.
