How to Make a Jack and Coke Cocktail
Jack and Coke cocktail is one of the most favorite cocktails of all time. As the name suggests this drink is a perfect blend of Jack Daniel’s whiskey and Coca-Cola. It is better to serve this amazing cocktail in old styled special glasses called Collins glass. Do not forget to top the drink with ice cubes in order to enhance its taste and look. There are several other names associated with this cocktail like in United Kingdom it is commonly known as J.D. and Coke whereas in rest of the Europe the cocktail is known as Whisky Cola. The cocktail is also used in advertisements of both Jack Daniel’s whisky and Coca-Cola. Another product named Jack and Jack Daniel’s launched Coke in 1996 that was a mixture of Coke and J.D. Therefore, for a cocktail that is famous all over the world, it is worth sharing the recipe. This drink is most popular amongst the youngsters as the taste of Jack Daniel’s Whisky is drowned in the fussy flavor of Coke. Jack and Coke cocktail contains low quantity of alcohol and is better for those people too, who want to reduce the alcohol intake.

Utensils: Cocktail Glass, Stirrer, Strainer
Ingredients;
(1 oz) Jack Daniel’s Whisky
(10 oz ) Coca – Cola
Ice cubes as required
lime or lemon wedge for garnishing – optional
Instructions

Take a cocktail glass and place some ice cubes in it.

Now, pour 1 oz of Jack Daniel’s Whisky in it and give it a very slight stir.

Top the Jack Daniel’s Whisky with 10 oz of Coca – Cola and stir the drink briefly with a spoon or stirrer.

Grab a pre-chilled old-fashioned cocktail glass and place a strainer on it in order to remove the un-dissolved ice cubes.

Gently strain the drink into the old-fashioned cocktail glass and garnish it with the fresh lemon or lime wedge. Serve immediately.
