How To Make a Kiwi Face Mask

– Kiwi
– Strawberries
– Cucumber
– Sea Kelp

    Strawberries

    The first step in making this mask is to add five large strawberries to the blender. Strawberries are rich in alpha-hydroxy acid which is great for skin and gently acne and reduces other skin issues. It is also great for reduction of dark circles.

    Kiwi

    Just like strawberries, kiwi is also rich in alpha-hydroxy acid and is great for your skin. Peel one kiwi and add it to the blender as well. It will help you in exfoliating your skin once the mask has been made.

    Cucumber

    Take half a cucumber and add it to the strawberries and the kiwi already sitting in the blender. Keep a couple of slices of the cucumber as you can place them on your eyes once you have applied the mask. Cucumber interestingly has the same PH value as our skin and helps in removing dark circles and cleanses our skin as well.

    Blend and add Kelp

    The next step is to blend the three and add one table spoon of sea kelp to the mixture once it has taken a paste like consistency. Kelp is a natural product that helps the skin in restoring damaged cells. It also reduces sebum production so there is less acne.

    Mask Application

    Wash your face with warm water and then apply the mask to your face and neck and leave it as is for five to ten minutes. While applying, gently massage your skin to exfoliate it. Wash with cold water to remove the mask.
