    Pure Milk Mask for Face

    It helps in achieving fair and even facial skin tone.

    Things Required:

    - 30 ml milk – fresh and pure
    - Paper sheet facial mask
    - Container or bowl

    Procedure:

    Pour 30ml of pure fresh milk into a container or large bowl and place a paper mask sheet for few minutes until it thoroughly absorbs the milk.

    Application:

    Sit or lay down in a comfortable position and place the paper sheet mask over your face. Relax and wait for 10 to 15 minutes until the milk penetrates into the pores of your skin. Wash your face with lukewarm water and enjoy white glowing skin. apply this mask twice a week.

    Milk Honey Face Mask

    This simple and productive face mask helps in doing away with acne issues and the dust parties from the pores.

    Things Required:

    - 100 ml Yogurt – pure
    - 100 ml Honey - pure
    - 100 ml Lemon Juice – Freshly Squeezed
    - 400 IU Vitamin E essences

    Procedure:

    Mix together the pure yogurt, honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add in Vitamin E essences and whisk for few more seconds to achieve a uniform paste.

    Application

    Use your finger tips to apply a thick coat of this milk honey mask on your face and relax for 15 minutes until lightly dry. Wash your face and pat dry very softly. Apply it once a week.

    Strawberry Milk Face Mask

    It is useful in the regeneration of new skins cells and increasing the elasticity of skin. Moreover, this facial mask nicely moisturizes your face and  smoothly restores the shine of your skin, reducing the fine line and aging signs.

    Things Needed:

    - 50 grams Strawberries – fresh and ripped
    - 100 mL Milk- Bowl
    - Spoon or fork

    Preparation:

    Place the strawberries in a large bowl and mash them properly, using a sppon or your hands. Top the strawberry paste with 100ml pure fresh milk and mix them together to smooth and even.

    Application: Use your fingers to apply a thin coat of strawberry milk mask on your facial skin and let it work for the next 15 to 20 minutes. Gently wash off with lukewarm water, without using any soap or facewash.

    Milk Banana Face Mask

    Things Needed:

    - One banana – fresh
    - Milk

    Preparation:

    Mash one large banana in a medium bowl until it forms a uniform past and then add some fresh milk into it, stir to mix well and set aside at room temperature until thick.

    Application:

    Apply a thick layer of milk banana mask on your face and wash it off after 20 minutes.
