Banana Cream pies are one of the most delicious food items one can have. Ingredients are simple for this recipe and it has a whipped cream topping. However, the dish has high calories. Mock banana cream pies are good alternatives if you do not have much time for making a normal pudding. It is easy to make and to serve.
Ingredients
- Instant banana pudding: 2 boxes
- ‘Nilla’ wafer cookies: 1 box
- Ripe bananas: 4 to 5
- Whole milk: 4 cups (1 qt.)
- Small container: 1
Instructions
- First you need to defrost the small container of cool whip.
- Next you need to crush Nilla wafers in order to make crumbs. Remember to crush in the bag they have come. Also do not open the bag before crushing.
- After crushing unopened Nilla wafers in the bag, you need to add 16 oz milk and one box of the pudding mix inside the gallon-sized zip locked bag. Shake the tightly sealed bag until the pudding starts to form.
- Next you need to repeat the previous step for the second bag. Pour 16 oz milk and the second box of pudding mix in the other bag and shake it.
- Now you need to slice four to five ripened bananas.
- Next you need to place sliced bananas in a cup. Then add the pudding on the bananas. Later add Cool Whip and the crumbs of Nilla wafer cookies on it.
- You need to repeat the layers for how much you want. Serve the pudding to your guests.
