1
Prepare a double boiler by keeping a glass bowl over simmering hot water in a pot. In the bowl, add ¾ cup of coconut oil, 2 ounces of beeswax and ¼ cup of cocoa butter. The butter should be pure. Take two vitamin E 400 IU capsules and squeeze oil from them into the mixture. It will act as an antioxidant and a preservative for the hand cream. Let the mixture get heated until the beeswax melts completely. Keep an eye on it so that it doesn’t get over heated. Over-heating is not good for the natural elements of the oil. The key to check the mixture is that it shouldn’t be so hot that it can’t be touched.

Turn on the blender on the lowest settings and take of the small circular cap in the lid. Remove the wax and oil mixture from the boiler and pour it very slowly in the blender. Keep the blender on and pour in 10 drops of essential chocolate oil to it. Keep the blender on for some time until the mixture gets cool and thickens a little.

Turn the blender off and take the hand cream out of the blender. Take some small jars with tight fitted lids and put the hand cream in them. Let the cream get completely cool before closing the lid. If you want the cream to have a long shelf life, put them in a dark and cool place. If the weather is hot and humid where you live, it is better to keep the cream in the fridge.
