    Ingredients:

    - 1 large fresh Lime
    - 1 tablespoon Sweet Almond Oil
    - 15 Fresh Mint Leaves
    - 5 drops Lime Essential Oil
    - 2 tablespoons White Sugar

    Procedure:

    Use sharp knife to cut 1 large fresh lime into medium slices and then shift them into a blender. Now blend the lime pieces until form a smooth pulp. Shift it into a large bowl and pour 1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil into it. Rinse 15 fresh mint leaves and chop them until smooth. Add the chopped mints to the lime mixture and combine them well. Stir in 5 drops of lime essential oil to add some fragrance to your foot scrub. Add in 2 tablespoons of white sugar and lightly mix it with the mixture, making sure that it does not dissolve.     Sugar Foot Scrub

    Ingredients:

    - 1/4 cup Sugar
    - 1/4 cup Sweet Almond Oil
    - 6 drops Orange Essential Oil
    - 1 drop Ginger Essential Oil
    - 1 teaspoon Powdered Cayenne Pepper

    Procedure

    Place 1/4 cup of sugar in a large bowl and top it with same quantity of sweet almond oil. Furthermore, add 6 drops of orange essential oil and 1 drop of ginger essential oil. Add in 1 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper at the end and lightly mix all the ingredients, making sure that the sugar does not dissolve. Your Sugar Foot Scrub is ready.

    - 1 cup sea salt or Epsom salt
    - ½ cup cold water
    - 2 drops lavender essential oil

    - 4 tablespoons ground coffee

    Mix together 4 tablespoons of ground coffee and 3 tablespoons of corn meal in a large bowl.
