Pineapple chunks, drained or fresh cubed: 1/2 cup
Banana: 1
Ice cubes
Honey
Non fat plain yogurt: 1 cup
Sugar
Instant non fat dry milk powder: 2 tablespoons

Firstly, you need to go to the mall and buy some fresh bananas and pineapples.

Wash your blender thoroughly with soap before use.

You need to freeze the yogurt a day before using it in your smoothie, now take it out of the refrigerator and put it in the blender.

Chop the banana into small pieces and add it in the blender, place the ice cubes in along with the sugar and the pineapple. Now close the lid of the blender and turn it on.

Open the lid once again, and this time, add milk in the mixture or any fruit juice according to your taste.

Now close the lid once more and turn on the blender. Blend for a while and stop, open the lid and dip a spoon in the blender to check if there are any pieces still not dissolved properly.
