Ingredients:
– (1 jigger) grenadine
– (1 jigger) apple brandy
– (1 jigger) lemon juice
– 2 egg whites
– (2 ½ jiggers) gin
– (½ cup) ice cubes or cracked ice

Place ½ cup of ice cubes in a clean cocktail shaker.

Pour 1 jigger of grenadine, 1 jigger of apple brandy, 1 jigger of lemon juice, 2 egg whites and 2 ½ jiggers of gin into the shaker.

Now, seal the lid of the cocktail shaker properly and shake it vigorously for 20 seconds until all ingredients mix completely and form a foamy surface.
Note: The key to this amazing pinkish cocktail is to shake it longer than you would most other drinks in order to make sure all ingredients are mixed well. -

Remove the lid of the cocktail shaker and strain the Pink Lady Cocktail into a cocktail glass.
