If yes, then you have reached the right place as this article will help you in creating Pudding Bundt Cake, a delicious and scrumptious dessert, which everyone in your family will love to consume.
Ingredients
  • Cake mix (yellow): 18 14 ozs
  • White sugar: 14 cup
  • Instant chocolate pudding mix: 5 910 ozs
  • Vegetable oil: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 4
  • Vodka: 14 cup
  • Coffee flavoured liqueur: 14 cup
  • Water: 34 cup
  • Coffee flavoured liqueur: 14 cup
  • Confectioners' sugar: 14 cup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. If your oven shows temperature in Fahrenheit, then you should set it to 350 degrees. Take a 10-inch Bundt pan and grease and flour it. Set aside.
  2. Take a large bowl and mixture together Cake mix, sugar, coffee liqueur and pudding mix. Blend them well, before adding oil, eggs, vodka and water in the mixture. You can also mix all these ingredients together. However, you should make sure that all the ingredients should blend well with each other to create a consistent batter.
  3. Now pour the batter into the already-prepared 10-inch Bundt pan and place it into the oven. Bake for around 1 hour. You can check the cake by inserting a toothpick or cake checker into the cake and if it comes out clean, then you should take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for around 10 minutes. Turn it out onto the wire rack and allow it to cool completely.
  4. Now, you will need to create the glaze, which you will pour over the cake. For this purpose, mix together ¼ cup coffee liqueur with the confectioners’ sugar, and pour it. The cake is ready to be served.
