How to Make a Salty Dog Gin Cocktail

Salty Dog Cocktail is one of the simplest and classic drinks that you will ever make. The Salty Dog cocktail is a salty variant of the famous Greyhound Cocktail. Both of these wonderful cocktails are prepared with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and vodka. The only very simple difference between both of them is the salt. The Salty Dog cocktail, however, is served up in a salt-rimmed glass similar to a Margarita Cocktail.

This refreshing cocktail is just the perfect option during hot weather. The reason can be either its icy grapefruit zest, or probably because “salty dog” word connection brings up pleasant feelings of saltwater, beaches, and playing with dogs.
