Strawberry Swirl Cheesecakes are hugely popular in the United States and Canada. The dish is most popular in the strawberry season and due to the easy recipe, it can be easily made at home. It should be tried by households during the current festive season.
Ingredients
  • Graham cracker crumbs: 1-1/4 cups
  • Frozen sweetened strawberries: 20 ounces of
  • Sugar: ¼ cup
  • Melted butter: ⅓ cup
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can
  • Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
  • Softened cream cheese: 20 ounces
  • Lemon juice: ¼ cup
  • Eggs: 3
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven at a temperature of 350°F
  2. First of all, blend the strawberries until they are soft. Then put the strawberries into a saucepan with the one tablespoon corn-starch.
  3. Heat and stir the mixture until it thickens. After it is thick enough, put it aside so that it cools down
  4. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in bowl and stir until it is completely mixed. Now place the mixture at the bottom of a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  5. Make sure the baking pan is greased so that the mixture does not stick when it is baked in the oven
  6. In a separate large bowl, add the 20 ounce softened cream cheese and beat it until it softens. Continue to beat the cheese and gradually add the one can of sweetened condensed milk.
  7. Also, add eggs and lemon juice to the mixture and continue to beat the mixture until it is perfectly dissolved
  8. Pour the mixture in the large bowl in the baking pan over the crust. Make sure the mixture is equally levelled on all the sides in the baking pan so that the shape of the cheesecake is good after it comes out of the oven
  9. In the end, drop the strawberry mixture from the saucepan in the baking pan.
  10. The best way to do this is with a teaspoon. After that, swirl the mixture with a knife and flatten the top of the cake to give it a cleaner look
  11. Finally, put the baking pan in the heated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  12. To check whether the cake it done or not, put a toothpick in the centre of the Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake and if it comes out clean, it is done
  13. Refrigerate for about four hours for best results. Enjoy!
