All you need is to choose your ingredients wisely and then bring all these fruits together to make a perfect blend of flavours. Additional benefit is that this summer fruit salad is dead easy to make and you need to spare just few minutes to prepare its bowl.

However, you will have to be vigilant of some things like avoid cooking sauce for too much time or on full heat as it will make difficult for you to soak your fruits into it. Similarly, do not put this salad in your refrigerator for much long as it will affect its freshness.

Ingredients:

– 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
– 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
– 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
– 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
– 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
– 3 bananas, sliced
– 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
– 1 cup seedless grapes
– 2 cups blueberries

    Rinse all the ingredients and utensils properly to wipe out dirt and germs.

    Prepare your fruits for the salad. Peel them and remove their stems or seeds and then cut them in proper shape.

    Now it’s time to prepare sauce and for that you will have to put orange juice, lemon juice and brown sugar in a saucepan and boil it over medium heat.

    Scarp the outer skin of lemon and orange and add this zest into the mixture. Now stir it over medium-low heat until it becomes a thick mixture.
