How to Make a Super Healthy Drink

Over the years our lives have become too much obsessed and dependent with processed food and drinks. As a result, a lot of diseases have emerged over the years. If you want live a healthy and disease free life, it is important for you to add as much natural and unprocessed food to your diet as possible. If you start your mornings with a perfect healthy drink rather than going for coffee or tea, you will feel more fresh and active the whole day. All you need this for this refreshing healthy cocktail of fresh fruits drink is lots and lots of fruits.

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:
Kiwi: 2
Lemon Juice: 2 teaspoon
Apple: 2
Orange: 2
Raspberries: 10
Grapes: 1 Bunch
Watermelon: 2
Milk: Half Litre
Vanilla ice cream: 2 Scoops
Ice: 12-14 cubes
Brown Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

    Take a blender and peel off the skin of kiwi and orange. Add them to the grinder. Don’t peel the skin of your apples because even their skin is highly nutritious.

    Cut the watermelon into half and then with the help of an ice cream scoop or a spoon scoop of the watermelon. Add watermelon and chopped apples into the grinder as well. Grind them for 20 seconds. After which, add grapes and raspberries to the grinder.

    Mix again for 20 seconds until all the fruits in the grinder are thoroughly mixed.

    Then add Milk, ice and brown sugar to the grinder. Mix again until they are thoroughly incorporated in each other.

    Take two long champagne glasses and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass. Then pour the mixture into the glasses. After which, in the end add a teaspoon of lemon juice to each glass in order to add more flavour to your cocktail.

    This drink tastes best when served fresh. As for the fruits used in this drink, you can make changes in them according to your taste and choices. For instance, if you do not like kiwi or some other fruit which is used in this drink, replace it with some other fruit.

    At the same time if you want to add any of your favourite fruit to the drink you can further add them to this mixture by simply adding it when the rest of the fruits were added in the grinder. This drink is extremely healthy for children as well as for adults. Do try it out!
