Crepes are thin pancakes which you can wrap with any type of food from appetizers to desserts. You can easily make crepes after following simple instructions and then fill it with anything sweet which you desire. Crepes are not only quick and easy to make but they also have great taste. You can always serve these sweet crepes in small parties and get-togethers.
Ingredients
  • All-purpose flour - ¾ cup
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk (preferably whole) - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Melted butter - 1 tablespoon, you will also require more for cooking crepes
  • Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
  • Topping -
  • Jam
  • Honey
  • Sugar
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread (recommended - Nutella)
  • Peanut butter
  • Sliced bananas
Instructions
  1. Take a mixing bowl and add ¾ cup of all-purpose flour with one teaspoon of salt.
  2. Next you need to slowly add one cup of milk preferably whole milk in the mixing bowl.
  3. Then add eggs in the bowl one at a time and stir the ingredients.
  4. Whisk in two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of melted butter and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  5. After adding the ingredients, you need to place the bowl in refrigerator for almost an hour.
  6. Now you need to prepare an 8-inch non-stick skillet for cooking.
  7. You need to heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  8. Take a small pat of butter and melt it on the skillet.
  9. Make sure it forms a coat over the surface.
  10. Next you need to add ⅓ cup of batter in the pan.
  11. Coat the pan with thin layer of batter by moving your wrist in circular motion.
  12. Then you need to cook for almost a minute until the side browns.
  13. Flip the batter and cook for 45 seconds to one minute until the second side also browns.
  14. After cooking, remove it and place it on a plate.
  15. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  16. Fill the crepes with jam, honey, sugar, peanut butter, sliced bananas or chocolate hazelnut spread, and serve.
  17. You can fill it with anything sweet which you love eating.
