Utensils: Cocktail Glass, Stirrer or Bar spoon

Ingredients:

– 1 oz tequila
– 1 oz orange juice
– 1/2 oz blackberry brandy
– 1 fresh cherry for garnishing – optional
– Ice Cubes

Instructions

    Fill your highball cocktail glass with ice cubes.

    Pour 1 oz of tequila into your highball cocktail glass filled with ice.

    Top the tequila with 1 oz of fresh orange juice.

    Note: If fresh oranges are not available in the market to extract their juice, then use the ready-made orange juice packet.

    Mix the ingredients well with the help of a bar spoon or a stirrer.

    Fill the remaining portion o your cocktail glass with ½ oz of blackberry brandy.

    Stir very lightly this time otherwise you cannot get the desired sunset effect.

    Garnish with a fresh cherry and serve.
