How to Make a Turkey and Sage Bread Dressing

Turkey always tastes great but you can make it even better with some homemade sage bread dressing. All the ingredients required to prepare this dressing are readily available so all you have to worry about is the recipe. However, what people do not understand is that Turkey does not have to be saved just for Thanksgiving or Christmas day. The meat is full of useful minerals and vitamins and it can be consumed on any day. Use turkey in your sandwiches or soup recipes. Many people use lamb or beef as the everyday meat in their home but there is nothing wrong with using turkey in your meals and sandwiches every now and then. Ingredients:
Turkey: as per your requirement
Olive Oil: 1 bowl
Bread crumbs: as per your liking
Chopped celery: 2 cups
Onion chopped: 1 large
Eggs: 3
Sage: 2 tbsp
Garlic Powder: as per your liking
Onion Powder: as per your liking
Salt: as per your liking
Chicken Bouillon: 2 tbsp
Turkey broth: as per taste

    Consider preparing your oven before doing anything else. Set the oven temperature to 325 degrees and allow it to heat up. You will be required to use an old fashioned roasting pan for preparing and baking the turkey. For quick baking, use an electric roasting pan.

    To ensure the turkey turns into a nice golden brown colour, consider putting some olive oil on the bird’s chest. Mix in onion powder, garlic powder and pepper as you mix thoroughly. You can also choose to use fresh garlic and onions to enhance the taste and flavour.

    To seal in the flavours, it is recommended to a put foil paper over the turkey and the lid. Once you have covered the turkey will all the required ingredients, simply place it in the preheated oven. Keep checking your turkey to see if the meat is tender. The baking time depends on the size of the turkey. For quick bake, consider using a small sized turkey.

    Choose fresh bread and break it into very small pieces. Place the bread in the cake pan and mix in 2 cups of celery. Add 1 large chopped onion to the bread crumbs. Pour in a couple of tablespoons of chicken bouillon and sage. Add salt, pepper and garlic as per your liking. Add three eggs and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Place the pan in the oven about half an hour before the turkey is done. Enjoy your meal.
