How To Make Aloe Vera Baby Wipes

Making aloe vera baby wipes is a convenient and healthy way of ensuring that your baby does receive any harsh chemicals that can be harmful for him or her. Making your own baby wipes gives you the freedom of choosing your own ingredients and keeping your baby safe from any sort added chemicals that can his or her skin. As we all know, aloe vera is one of the healthiest plants for sensitive skins. Your baby’s skin is sensitive so make sure he or she is receiving optimum skincare.

    You will have to use a recycled baby wipes container. Alternatively, you can use a plastic container that has an airtight fitting lid. This is important to make sure the baby wipes stay protected against bacteria.

    Get ¼ cup of any baby oil along with ¼ cup of natural baby shampoo. Also, you will have to use ¼ cup of aloe vera gel for the wipes. You can add any other gel if you want to add a little more flavour to it.

    Pour all the ingredients in the container. Now, add 1 ¾ cup of water to the mixture and shake it well. You can close the lid and shake the container to make sure the ingredients are mixed well. This is your base for aloe baby wipes.

    Now, get paper towels of your favourite brand to use. You can use recycled paper towels or any other towel that is soft and will not cause itchiness to your baby’s skin.

    Place the paper towels in a roll inside the container, much like how toilet papers are wrapped around the cardboard.

    Let the towels soak for a while and then turn the container upside down. These are your baby wipes. Secure the lid of the container to keep the wipes safe and sound.

    To use the wipes, simply take out each wipe from the centre and close the lid of the container.

    Make sure you are not refrigerating or keeping the container in extreme heat. Moderate heat or cold is good enough to prolong the lives of these wipes.
