How To Make an Apple Dumpling Swan

However, you should not completely quit eating the sweet stuff even if you are on dieting. If you do so, the sugar levels in your body will decrease and you will run out of energy pretty soon. Therefore, it is important to maintain a good balance, as it is necessary for our body.

Desserts can only be harmful, if we eat them in excess. Everything should be eaten in limits otherwise the consequences will be bad for our health.

The apple dumpling swan does not involve many calories and it is a good dessert to keep your energy level high. You can eat it twice or thrice in a week without putting on extra weight. It is quite easy to prepare, but does take a little bit of your time. However, most of it involves baking, which means you can leave it in the oven and concentrate on other tasks too.

Ingredients:
Stick of melted butter: 1
Vanilla flavouring: 1 tablespoon
Self-rising flour: 1 cup
Canned apples pie filling (do not drain): 2 quarts
Sugar: 1 cup
Whole milk: 1 cup

    Melt butter in a bowl and assemble other ingredients

    The oven is switched on for preheat at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Take a small bowl and pour some melted butter in it. Allow the butter to cool down and you can prepare the remaining ingredients in the meanwhile.

    Add flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla flavouring to the bowl

    Mix the remaining ingredients apart from the apples in the bowl and stir nicely, allowing everything to settle in.

    Cover the apples with the mixture and bake

    Using the combined ingredients, cover all the apples and bake them for 45 minutes. They will now be ready and you can have them with tea.
