How To Make Awesome Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
For Spinach:
Bundle or package of fresh spinach: 1
Olive oil: 3-4 tablespoons
Cloves of garlic, peeled: 2
Salt & pepper: To taste
Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper
For Artichoke Dip:
Cloves fresh garlic, minced: 2
Mayonnaise: 3/4 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup
Artichoke hearts: 1 can

Wash the spinach and cut the stems
First of all, make sure that you have washed the spinach leaves properly with cold water. Once you have done that, cut down the stems. -

Heat oil and garlic cloves in a pan
Take a frying pan and pour some oil into it. Add the garlic cloves to it and make sure that they get a golden brown texture. -

Add spinach to the pan and cook
Now, add the spinach into the pan and cook for a few minutes until the leaves become tender. Add salt and pepper for taste. Your recipe is now ready. -

Mix ingredients for artichoke dip
While the spinach cooks, you can mix all the ingredients for the artichoke dip.

Cook in oven for 30 minutes
Once the ingredients settle in nicely, cook them into an oven for 30 minutes until it gets golden and they will be ready to be served with spinach.
