How to Make B & B Cocktail
When you think of having a party with friends dining somewhere, it is often incomplete without a fizzy cocktail. However, when it comes to cocktails and particularly the real good ones, the name of B & B Cocktail always pops up in mind. The B & B or Brandy & Benedictine is a famous Cocktail which was first created by a barman in 1930s at of the famous Clubs in New York called Club Twenty One. Presently, B & B happen to be extremely popular in the US. It is prepared by mixing the original Benedictine with brandy that provides the drier taste as preferred by most cocktail lovers in the US. The B & B Cocktail is served in a snifter but never at room temperature. If you are looking to have this drink at home then there is a simple recipe for it.

Tools: Bar Spoon, ice cubes, Jigger, Strainer, mixing glass and brandy snifter glass
Ingredients:
– 1 oz Benedictine
– 1 oz brandy

Getting Started
First of all, place the Snifter or the regular cocktail glass into the freezer and keep it there till it gets ice cold. Remember that B & B Cocktail is not served at room temperature. -

Melting the Ice cubes
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes and keep on stirring till the cubes melt. Make sure that you do not continue stirring after the ice cubes have melted as it may create slight rise in temperature. -

The Ingredients Mix
When you mix the ingredients, first pour the Benedictine into a brandy snifter glass and then add brandy into it. Allow the brandy to float on the top of Benedictine with the help of bar spoon. -

The Final Touch
Finally you mix the melted ice in the above mixture and stir well. You can also mix the ice cubes directly in the Benedictine and Brandy mixture if you like.
