Utensils: Large bowl, knife, spoon, scoop, plate and serving platter
Ingredients:
Head chopped iceberg lettuce, plainly shredded: 1
Head cauliflower, in bite off size pieces: 1/2
Green onions, sliced with tops: 4
Real bacon bits: 3/4 to 1 cup
Sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled: 1/2 pound
Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese: 3/4 cup
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
Dried chives: 1/2 teaspoon
Milk: 2-3 teaspoons
Dried up tarragon: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt and pepper: To taste

First of all, you have to fry the bacon strips in a big skillet for around eight minutes or you can fry them until they become crispy. After frying them, remove them from the stove and place them aside on a towel paper.

Then, you will have to chop the cauliflower, lettuce and the green onion. After cutting them on the board, place them into a big bowl.

Now, take cheese and the bacon into the bowl and mix everything until they blend well together. After that, put a cover on a bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, if you don’t intend to serve it immediately.

Take a small bowl and put mayonnaise, dried tarragon, milk, salt, pepper, sugar and dried chives into it. Then mix all the ingredients with the help of a fork.

After completing the dressing, put it into a bowl and place it near the salad before serving. You can make it thinner by adding more milk into it (if you want).
