1
Double check everything
Before leaving for the Bondi beach, make sure that you have checked everything needed for a barbeque. Even if you miss a single thing, you will end up spoiling the party. Imagine you have kept all utensils alongside you, but left the meat in the refrigerator. This will certainly be an embarrassing situation. -
2
Marinate the meat overnight
Rather than preparing the meat right before leaving, do the marinating process overnight. This is the best way, even if you are going to have a barbeque at your home. Defrost the meat first and then cut it into small pieces, so that you can easily cover it with all the spices and seasonings. -
3
Bring plenty of charcoal
You will need plenty of charcoal to enjoy a perfect barbeque at the Bondi bay. There will be a lot of breeze there, so it will burn out quickly. Make sure that you keep some extra charcoal alongside. Even if it is not used, you can bring it next time with you. If you are in favour of a portable gas grill, it will also not be a bad option, but the best way of doing barbeque is on charcoal. -
4
Light the charcoals
Once you have reached the beach, light the charcoals and wait for about 20 minutes. The grill will not be hot enough to cook the meat. -
5
Oil your hands to shape the meat
Use some oil on your hands in order to shape the meat in your desired form. You can then put it on the grill and allow it to cook. -
6
Flip the meat
Continue flipping the meat with a spatula, so that the heat gets evenly distributed in it. -
7
Remove when golden brown
When the meat gets golden brown, remove it from the grill and serve it to your family and friends.
