Introducing some exciting flavors to them is probably one of the solutions. Berry Frozen Yoghurt Frozen yoghurt is a delicious desert and snack that is a healthy alternative to ice cream.
Ingredients
- Frozen mixed berries – 500 grams
- Honey – 4 tablespoons
- Natural yoghurt – 500 grams
- Fresh berries – 150 grams
- Mint – For garnishing purposes
Instructions
- Add the frozen berries, yoghurt and honey into the food processor.
- Plug in the processor and give it a run. Mix until the ingredients are smooth and well mixed.
- Spoon the mixture into your large storage container, cover and place in the freezer.
- Allow the mixture to set well and freeze.
- Serve the yoghurt with fresh berries and sprigs of mint. Enjoy!
